History

I have been practicing physical therapy since 2004. I use a combination of manual physical therapy, gentle healing osteopathic techniques, and functional therapeutic exercises, to gain the desirable functional outcomes for my patients which are quicker and long lasting. 60-minute one-on-one, Telehealth or In-Person physical therapy sessions. Patients suffering from chronic or complex conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Migraines, Back Pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, GI Issues often find themselves pursuing and eventually exhausting traditional forms of treatment or medications. I believe in treating the body as a whole through an integrative approach. Our bodies are unique, and heal differently. There is no generic way to treat.
