They will send a lousy interpreter. Most of their interpreters are below the quality level. Most of them even cannot read my ASL. I have been asked for the same interpreter within my preference...

Awful, awful experience. Make 1st placement, no one show up! Could not get anyone there to help me. Reschedule interview. 2nd time missed interview! Poor service for customers. Never an apology!...
