Bad customer service; especially the woman behind the counter at the pharmacy. What could be improved? A smile, a good morning and a courtesy greeting would make a customer feel welcome at CVS.

Came here for Novavax. I came before 5pm but it was 2 minutes past 5 when I got in front of the line. This dude insisted that it is their policy to only taking vaccine before 5pm.
