I've been calling the pharmacy for over an hour and nobody has answered yet. The automatic voice is very unnecessary and wastes a lot of time as well.

Ridiculously long line at the pharmacy just to pick up a prescription. At least they're moving the line along pretty quickly considering there were at least 7 people in front of me.
