Just hung up by employee who got the info she wanted then hu on me as I was speaking. Wow.

Our firm received terrible customer service from these guys. They would not return calls, could not resolve issues. We had to move on to another credit reporting company.

If you need a credit vendor there are plenty that will treat you right. These folks have horrible customer service.. They never respond to calls or emails. I would certainly not recommend them
