Raised in the Washington DC area Chef Lynn McCarthy worked on both coasts. She then moved to Sun Valley Idaho to open and run a successful restaurant, catering & wholesale food business for 9 yrs. Moving back to CA she realized her dream of working in the wine & food region of Sonoma County for 12 yrs. Settled now back in Chevy Chase Cottonwood offers our customized catering services to clients for in-home events or drop off dishes that respect Covid safety guidelines.Over 25 years of expert catering on both coasts give Cottonwood Catering & Events a professional edge combining careful menu planning, palate pleasing seasonal dishes, and a artists eye for presentation and event planning. The fig & prosciutto appetizers on a rosemary skewer were delish and creative. The fish tacos with lemon sauce and slaw will make your palate and tummy jubilant.
