The Costen House, built by Dr. Isaac Costen shortly after the U.S. Civil War, is a beautifully restored two story museum located in Pocomoke City, MD. The museum is open Memorial Day through Labor Day with limited hours for touring of the structure and the quaint Hall-Walton Memorial Garden on the grounds.
