1.Their appointment process is horrible. You call the number listed to the location in your area, but a general customer care line answers. You set up an appointment thinking it's for the location...

I give them Five stars: professional staff, flexible appointments, quick lab tests and ultrasound exams. I'm glad I transferred (actually ran away) to them from the Capital Women's Care.
