Congressional has now merged with Michael Bonsby HVAC and Plumbing. As a long standing customer of 15 + yrs, I was not notified of this change, until I needed service. So much for customer loyalty.

I had CH&C out to my home to give me an estimate on replacing my complete HVAC system and was told that an estimate would be sent to me post haste....almost a month later and still...crickets....
