The service at colonial is great. And very professional. They charge fair prices for expert repairs and simple ones too. The only jewelers I'll go to in Easton, MD

They treat customers like garbage, they gave us the wrong necklace back after a repair. When asked nicely about the mix up. The owner threw out some pictures and exclaimed he never makes mistakes....
