Coastal Hospice At the Lake

Coastal Hospice at the Lake is Coastal Hospice 14-bed inpatient facility, located in Salisbury, Md. Founded in 1980, Coastal Hospice is a nonprofit community program that provides traditional hospice services, palliative care, bereavement support, education and training. Additionally, the firm provides general inpatient, continuous and respite inpatient care to its patients. It serves residents in Wicomico, Worcester, Dorchester and Somerset Counties on Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore. Coastal Hospice is a member of The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
