Dr. Lauren Jain earned her undergraduate degree from Barnard College, Columbia University in 2008. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 2013. In addition to being a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, Dr. Jain has been Adjunct Faculty at NYU and a head instructor of the Supplemental Instruction Program at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. She has also completed her Prosthodontics residency program at the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Hospital in New York. She has been the recipient of the Eleanor J. Bushee Award for Distinguished Woman Leadership in 2013.

Dr. D'Vano J. Forbes graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2008. As a board-certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Forbes has extensive experience diagnosing and treating patients with various conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial regions as well as identifying optimal solutions and implementing treatment plans. A key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, MD, Dr. Forbes has more than 15 years of experience treating and teaching the functional and aesthetic aspects of smile restoration.

Dr. Jennine Jarrett is a graduate of the University of Georgia and continued her education at The University of Maryland School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She then completed a general practice residency at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri where she gained valuable experience treating complex and medically compromised patients in a hospital setting. Afterward, she returned back to her home state of Georgia to complete her Certificate in Prosthodontics at The Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, GA where she served as Chief Resident for two years.
