Clatter offers specialty coffee and espresso drinks as well as quality food in a welcoming atmosphere every day 7-2. Clatter Evenings are Friday and Saturday at six with cocktails, wine, a small dinner menu, light fare and a rotating draft beer. Events as posted.

Perfect little breakfast cafe in the heart of old Frostburg. I loved the atmosphere. I just got a simple Coffee and Breakfast Bagel, but the menu has some great options!
