My one gripe first: I wish there was a nice downtown area that people actually used, like there is in Annapolis. There's an old downtown-ish area in Old Bowie, but it's really not a social center....

This isn't Deaf friendly. Ignorants and audisms. They wouldn't add subtitles on the videos, doesn't provide sign language interpreter at the meetings, and etc... disappointing

I lived in Bowie for over 40 years. It's a nice commuter town. Levitt built this place with basically 4 models which makes up a good portion of Bowie. There is really no reason to travel here...
