The problem here is there's no management to keep the employees in line, so they gossip and goof off instead of working while I'm waiting. If I wanted to wait I'd just go to the emergency room....

This place is a joke. Receptionist is VERY rude. 4 hour wait!? What's so "urgent" or express" about that? Only 5 people ahead of me on a Monday night. Ridiculous. Do NOT trust these people.
