Children of Zion

Children of Zion Village is a Christ-centered organization located in Bel Air, Maryland, that provides residential care and education for orphaned and vulnerable children in Namibia. Established in 2003 in response to the AIDS epidemic, the organization aims to raise these children in a loving and faith-based environment, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to become future leaders in their communities.

Nestled along the banks of the Zambezi River, Children of Zion Village houses 58 children aged from birth to 20 years old. With the support of private donors and partnering churches, the organization employs local Namibians to serve as managers, house mothers, and maintenance workers. Through their work and partnerships, they also provide daily meals for over 250 children living in nearby villages.
