Lousy. That's all I can say. I fired them after a consult with Johns Hopkins Urology. They have a location in Lutherville, well worth the ride. I wish I had gone to Hopkins sooner.

worst phone system ever. you can only speak initially speak with folks who can basically pull up your chart and send a message to someone else who will call you back "either today or tomorrow"....
