Those French fries!!!!!!!!!!!! Yummy! The burger wasn't bad for a fast food burger, but the fries were the winner. Customer service was good. Fast and friendly. Everything was correct in the order.

As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Rude, employees with no customer service training. When I asked to speak to the manager, apparently they dont have one or a store owner. I will be calling corporate.

No inside customers except me, no customers in drive thru and these people totally ignored me for more than 10 minutes . Man they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

This place is ghetto as hell. Do not order online here they won't make the food until the Uber driver gets there and then the Uber will cancel for waiting 15 mins. Poor manager and unprofessional...

The WORST fast food service I ever had . We were told the wait for fish would be 5 min, we waited 20+ min !. The lady at the drive through misheard A lot. I didn't receive the right fish sandwich...
