I made an appointment for 1:00 p.m. and arrived at 12:59 p.m. They told me to wait. I waited 10 minutes and all I saw was them talking about their personal things. I asked them who would help me?...

The customer service representative who attempted to "assist" me was tacky to say the least. If you go to this branch, make sure you deal with someone who doesn't look like an ethnic Miss Piggy!...

Nice! This is my new neighborhood chase bank and I was able to drop by. Friendly staff who were more than happy to assist, felt secure and was in and out.
