Champion Boxing & Fitness is a professional boxing gym that trains fighters on the amateur, olympic, and professional level. Known for producing multiple world champions and more Golden Glove champions than any other gym in Maryland. Additionally, every fitness instructor is either a current or former fighter. So even if you are just looking to get into better shape, you'll still be learning real boxing from people with actual experience inside the ring.

Love Love Love this gym! Me and my wife have been attending their boxing fitness classes for the past few weeks now. All their staff are warm, friendly and very welcoming. The energy is amazing....
