Decent coffee spot overall, parking was a bit of a hassle but not a dealbreaker. My cappuccino was ok, came out lukewarm which is a mayor no-no. Had I not been in a rush I would've sent it back....

I got one of their Summer Seasonal Drinks, the Beach Bum ($7.50), which was a banana coconut oat milk latte and it was delicious. It did take a while for my drink to be made, but they were busy....
