Catering by Uptown is a full-service catering company providing personalized menus, access to more than 50 event sites and general event planning services. Its menus include a variety of dishes, such as New England raw bar, baby greens, country breads, grilled swordfish marinated in lime and cilantro, red-skin roasted potatoes, wild mushroom soup, roasted sea bass, saffron raviolini, poached pears au vin rouge, and a variety of hors d'oeuvres.
