Flying Colors of Success, also known as FCS, is a private nonprofit organization that provides community-based residential and individualized supported living services. It has been offering family support services for people who suffer from developmental disabilities since 1991. Flying Colors of Success serves children, youths, adults and senior citizens with mental retardation, autism and cerebral palsy. It provides medical consulting, psychological evaluation and health status assessment services for individuals with behavioral challenges. The organization s staff members are trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, first-aid and disruptive behavior management.
