Located right next to a gas station and a food truck. Outdoor seating with really nice sunshade. Super friendly staff. Easy peasy parking. Definitely worth stopping by for a treat!

I love the Carmen's in Rockville - that place is 5 stars every time. I was hoping for that here but that wasn't the case. The workflow is off here. I waited for 15 minutes before anyone realized...

Their Service is rude and unwelcoming. Their Gelati portion size is tiny and very inconsistent compared to other Carmen's location.

I grew up on Carmen's in Rockville, so I was thrilled to have one open nearby in Clarksburg and continue the tradition with my own kids! Unfortunately, this location is terribly inconsistent....
