They have terrible customer service. Their website provides zero assistance and good luck trying to get information over the phone. They enjoy hanging up on people.

Costumer service at the front desk from employee Cathy was atrocious to say the least. She acted as if I were the last person on earth that she wanted to deal with and picked up a personal phone...
