Capital One Bank

Just a quick update. After my experience last Saturday I've been contacted by Capital One several times, and i talked to their manager Sandy. I appreciate her quick response to resolve this issue....

One of the worse Capitol One branches in pur area. ALWAYS understaffed. Eleven people in line, 3 people sitting and waiting and ONE teller inside handling people. Where is the staff???

Terrible service here at this branch. Inattentive, over not helpful. If you have simple banking needs maybe it's ok, but anything beyond, the staff is helpless and rude.

Would give a negative star if we could. Unfriendly, and overall unhelpful. Interacted with Walky Gomez at this branch who from the get-go didn't seem want to help and gave us gave wrong...
