History

History 1940's to present Cadden Furniture started in the 1940's Gil Lutz went to work for Cadden's after getting out of the Army at the Franklandtown Rd. Shop. After Mr.Cadden's death in 1961.Gil Lutz ,Mickey Feldman and Arnold Black bought the business from Mrs. Cadden.They set up their shop at 812 Madison Ave. Arnold Black Died 1965. Jeff Levy Started to work for Caddens in 1968 as part time help while still in high school. In 1976 Mickey Feldman left the business ,Gil Lutz and Jeff Levy became partners.They ran the shop till Gil's death in 2002. Jeff Levy continues to repair and refinish furniture at the Washington Street shop,along with part time help from his 2 sons - Josh and Eric. With his 40 years of experience Jeff Levy can handle all types of repairs and Refinishing.
