The Bus shuttle service needs to improve. Too many people waiting for the bus then I had to wait again for next bus because it was full. It took like forever for next bus. Not sure if it is worth...

The rental car facility at BWI takes an insane amount of time to get to the airport when dropping off your vehicle. I fly in and out of here often, and every time it takes almost an hour to catch...

Worst car rental facility in world. Make reservations weeks in advance. Rarely have a car for you. It's not any single agency. They are all terrible.
