Easy scheduling, was able to see my Mom at her scheduled time (in fact a few minutes earlier), very personable and welcoming. My mom loved her brow results! (7/27 first time appt)

Awesome customer service. Very friendly. It was a little hard to find but she guide me to her with perfect instructions. My eyelashes lasted 2 1/2 weeks, coulda lasted longer but my left eyelashes...
