Not sure why the previous Yelper gave this place one star, solely because it no longer has flowers for decoration. You're here for the ice cream aren't you? You can tell it's made in house. And...

It's a shame to see a beloved location lose its sparkle. On the surface view, all the beautiful flowers are gone and overgrown. It's a sad site.
