Misericordia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was founded in 1943. Our mission is to serve our residents with a heart of mercy by providing kind, patient, and compassionate care that meets individual needs and preferences. Misericordia is a 50-bed Medicare certified skilled nursing facility which offers 24-hour skilled nursing care as well as assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, toileting, bathing and eating.
