They wanted to bring a fun and modern atmosphere to their hometown neighborhood while still maintaining that small town “ locals” feel. Together they created Brick, a rustic American wood fired inspired restaurant, focusing on fresh local sustainable ingredients, and the beauty of simplicity.

Loved the spicy margherita and Manhattans, unique salads along with the meatballs and polenta. Our server was friendly and attentive and the live music was an extra treat.
