Founded in 1996, Brewer's Alley Restaurant & Brewery is a brewpub located in Frederick, Md. The restaurant serves a variety of starters, sandwiches, salads and pizzas. The restaurant also offers braised beef short ribs, seared-sesame encrusted salmon, bourbon street chicken pecan and slow-roasted meatloaf. It serves various types of wines and beer, such as single malt scotch and red, white, cognac and port wines.
