40 dollars for two adults is ridiculous. Feel like the guy at the gate just looked at us and made up a random price.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. It was good when we started. Fair prices, you get what you pay for: a spot on the water with no amenities. Then, the owner died and the place got sold....
