Has always been a fav of mine. I shopped White Marsh, Salisbury, and Dover. Recently they must have changed their payment address of Comedy Bank must have. My bank got the last two payment...

I love going to this Boscov's and the one in Dover, DE. It has everything you need (and don't need, but it's so cheap!). Seriously, I score most things for under $10 here. It's a random...

Very friendly employees- but reminds me of Montgomery Wards. Nothing special, but one of the few department stores that still has a mini candy shoppe!
