Business ran under the name LNK Pilates 2007-2016. Changed name to BlisPilates in 2016. Still in the same great location within the Merritt Club located in Cockeysville, MD.
Specialties
We specialize in Stott Pilates and offer private and small group training classes using the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chair, Mat, Barrels and small props. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Athletic Conditioning and Restorative classes.
