Bishopville is a small unincorporated community 10 miles (16 km) north of Berlin in Worcester County, Maryland, located at 38°26?35?N 75°11?38?W / 38.44306°N 75.19389°W / 38.44306; -75.19389. The community is just south of the Delaware state line.
Bishopville arose at the site of a mill on and crossing of the Bishopville Prong of the St. Martin's River. The crossing, the main road through the community, is now Maryland Route 367.
