In addition, the community has a caf , barbershop, beauty salon, auditorium and computer lab, as well as The Decker Center. Pickersgill Retirement Community provides arts and crafts and gardening activities, as well as Bible study and exercise classes. The community serves meals and organizes parties, social events and holiday celebrations. In addition, Pickersgill Retirement Community offers volunteer opportunities and housekeeping and laundry services. It provides medical and nursing care that includes physical therapy and rehabilitative solutions.

Golden Crest is a family owned and operated licensed assisted living facility. We have been in operation in Carroll County for more than 20 years. The Meekins family is intimately connected with many of the Golden Crest family.
