Caroline Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center, located in Denton, Md., is a 90-bed, nonprofit skilled facility located on Maryland's eastern shore. The center offers a range of services to residents, such as medication management, laundry and linen service, assistance with activities of daily living, three meals a day in the dining room, activity programs, private rooms with bath and handicapped accessible shower and a quick-call response team. Additionally, it provides hospice care within the facility, through its health professionals who provide medical, psychological, and spiritual support to terminally ill patients. The center offers short-term rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapies, and wound care and intravenous therapy. It also offers long-term care through its team of psychiatrists, podiatrists and in-house dieticians.
