Bayvanguard has switched to a new website and it's not better its 10 time worst. If my father wasn't so set in his ways I would change banks in a heart beat.

RUDE IGNORANT AND BOTHERED. Each old bat that works there has no business in customer service. Every transaction is like pulling teeth and they do not want to be bothered. Throw this entire 1976...
This Bank is horrible. Their customer service has got to be one of my worst banking experiences ever. They are very lazy and uninformative. They act as if you should be so lucky to bank with them....
