Car died last night, went to battery warehouse this morning. They took out my old one, put in a new one and it all took about 3 minutes. Excellent.

Tried to return a defective battery here a couple years ago and the person at front desk was down right nasty will never spend another cent here

Terrible customer service at Battery Warehouse. I would never come back here simply due to this. They wonder why they don't have anymore stores.

Went to battery warehouse today to replace a defective ATV battery. Almost immediately the employee displayed a very rude, nasty and disrespectful attitude. I also wanted to buy some flashlights...

Great service, he kept looking for my battery till he found a match. Even compared the old one to make sure it was complete match, took them less than 5mins to find a new battery for my laptop!...
