They did not have hot fudge for the hot fudge sundae. When I asked did it run out today she said, "No it is broken and has been for a while and I don't know when it will be fixed" they charged...

Placed the ice cream cake order 4 days before, requested pick up at 2pm because our birthday party is at 4pm. Got confirmation email says my order will be ready at 2pm, credit card was charged....
