I had a problem with depositing some checks. I could not understand why the teller was not able to deposit them. This is when Josh the manager stepped in, he made a call and got the problem fixed....

It's an unfortunate thing to say but I never take pleasure on my visits to my bank. This bank always has long lines, and only 2 or 3 tellers. This branch is always crowed. I don't understand why...

Always too many people waiting in line. Only 1 or 2 counters open. If you are planning on coming here expect to wait more than 20 minutes. Wish BOA opened other locations. Busy location but way...
