It's a bank. You have an armed guard (common for BOA in baltimore) outside and the inside isn't all that attractive either. The tellers don't seem the happiest of the bunch but they get the job...

This bank has no customer service and doesn't value small business. No longer do they have drive through service and I am so done with waiting for my entire lunch break to make a business deposit....
