Very poor customer service and when I expressed my concerns they were not helpful and eventually blocked me from calling. Super unprofessional to the point I have to get a lawyer.

Very poor tow company. Car had been towed to local mechanic. Tow truck driver left key on seat in plain site after being directed to call and notify me when car had successfully reached location....
