We have lived in Autumn Woods for three years and have been very pleased here. Pros: -clean community -affordable -unrestricted parking -leasing/maintenance staff very nice/resolve problems...

Great community. Love how it's super close to Columbia. Also, I love how it is in the cut by residential houses...it's a nice neighborhood. Great staff too.
