History
Authentic Yoga began in the midst of the pandemic as a way to keep our yoga community together safely. We had humble beginnings sharing classes in local parks and online. Slowly, Authentic Yoga evolved into studio classes and we opened our studio in March of 2021. We continue to be community driven and are grateful for the opportunity to serve you!
