This is on the campus of Towson University. I never located the restaurant due construction sign to access the road. Giving three star simply to leave this message.

I used to love coming here, but now things have gone downhill. You have to order on a kiosk which is fine, but the staff are rude if you try to ask a question and just tell you to use the kiosk....
