Our senior attorney, R. Calvert Steuart, Esquire began as a private law firm, partnering as Greenan, Walker, Steuart, Trainor, Billman and Meng in Largo, Maryland. After several years everyone went their own ways where the Law offices of R. Calvert Steuart was formed, and that is when Atlantic Coast Title, Inc was formed. After 14 years of practice, Mr. Steuart's son, C. Todd M. Steuart became his partner, and the name of the law firm became Steuart & Steuart, LLC. We are currently located in Prince George's and Calvert County, Maryland. However we service the entire State of Maryland, and Virginia as well. We are more than ready to handle any real estate and/or legal matters.

Bad service. we closed in may and they waited 3 months to send in our paperwork. then we ended up having to pay our property taxes in August out of our own pockets ($1,000) instead of it coming...
