ASHLEY FOSQUE, LMSW

Lauren Robinson is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work at Salisbury University. Lauren has experience providing individual and group therapy to children, teens, and young adult women with various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Lauren has a passion for incorporating creative art therapies, alongside Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help clients develop and foster mental, emotional, and social skills.

Donna is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) treating clients of all ages. She earned her graduate degree from Frostburg State University and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. After over 30 years as a registered nurse, she became a nurse practitioner. Donna is also a certified nurse case manager, skilled in helping clients navigate healthcare complexities to get the care they need. She values a client-centered approach, viewing the client as the key part of the treatment team. She emphasizes therapy and medication, collaborating closely with therapists to support clients' goals. Donna's NP program focused on rural and underserved communities.

Ronald is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Before joining the Balance Point team, Ron worked at a group practice where he provided individual and group therapy. He has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. Most of his focus is on teenagers with problem behaviors. Ron works with a wide range of diagnoses, including (but not limited to) Anxiety, Depression, Trauma Disorder, ADHD, and physical abuse. Ron uses a CBT approach but believes in allowing the client to drive, which modality works best for them.
